Organizations requesting funding must meet the following basic criteria.

• Your organization must have 501C3 status
• Your organization should have a history (2 year minimum) of serving the community within Hillsborough and/or Pinellas County
• Your organization must be able to provide a current annual, financial audit by an independent certified public accountant in accordance with the Standards of Accounting & Financial Reporting for Voluntary Health and Welfare Organizations
• Your organization must have at least one full-time professional staff
• Your organization must be governed by a Volunteer Board of Directors
